DeGarmo Computer Labs

Located in DeGarmo Hall 307, 308, and 309, the lab is staffed with assistants during hours of operation. Lab space may be reserved for classes and workshop. Review lab hours and learn about the lab policies and equipment.

E-mail

As of Fall 2009, the College of Education no longer has its own Exchange server, which means the University hosts our e-mail. The College Helpdesk will still be available for Outlook troubleshooting.

Archive your e-mail messages

Be proactive in managing the size of your mailbox and set Outlook to automatically archive your email. Learn how to set up the archiving feature.

Delete your temporary Internet files

If you are not seeing updates to Web pages that should be visible, you may need to delete your temporary Internet file (clean your cache). Learn how to delete temporary Internet files.

SimpleHelp

Faculty and staff needing remote assistance from the Tech Team may utilize the University's Simple Help remote assistance tool. This program works best with Firefox. You will need to log in using your ULID and password.
