If you are not seeing updates to a Web page that should be visible, you may need to clean your cache of temporary Internet files. Please follow these steps, depending on the browser you are using.
Internet Explorer 7.0 (Windows)
- Open Internet Explorer 7.0.
- Click Tools.
- Select Internet Options.
- Under the General tab, in the subsection called Browsing history, click Delete.
- Select the types of files to delete, and check the button.
- Click Yes, and click Close and OK.
- Navigate to the page that you have not seen the updates, and refresh the browser.

Internet Explorer 8 (Windows)
- Open Internet Explorer 8.0.
- Click Tools.
- Select Delete Browsing History.
- Select check boxes of the type of history to clear and click Delete.
- Navigate to the page that you have not seen the updates, and refresh the browser.

Firefox 3.6 (Windows)
- Open Firefox 3.6.
- Click Tools.
- Select Options.
- Under the Privacy tab, click clear your recent history.
- Select check boxes of the type of history to clear and click Clear Now.
- Navigate to the page that you have not seen the updates, and refresh the browser.

Chrome (Mac)
- Open Chrome.
- Select Clear Browsing Data on the menu bar.
- Select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
- Use the "Clear data from this period" menu to select the amount of data that you want to delete.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.

- On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu, and select Preferences.
- Select the Advanced panel.
- Click on the Network tab.
- In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
- Close the Preferences window
